Biomek® ACP - Antibody Cocktail Preparation Workstation

Expedite and Simplify Multi-Color Flow Cytometry Analysis Preparation Conducting multi-color immunophenotypic analysis manually using flow cytometry requires preparing multiple panels of antibody staining cocktails with multiple antibodies. With so many reagents and pipetting steps, manual preparation is prone to human error, which may not be detected until the results are analyzed. If this occurs, it may require repeating the whole staining process for the entire batch of samples.
Beckman Coulter's innovation and experience in automation and cellular analysis allow us to provide an automated antibody cocktail preparation workstation that streamlines multi-color flow cytometry analysis and helps avoid costly human errors.

CyAn™ HyperCyt® - High through put flow cytometry

Modern flow cytometers are capable of analyzing cells at rates of tens of thousands of cells per second and make many sensitive measurements per cell. There is an abundance of information that is acquired very rapidly on a single cell basis. To achieve high throughput on a multiple sample or microplate level, samples must be introduced to the flow cytometer rapidly and the resulting data managed efficiently. HyperCyt is the first system that addresses both the front end sample handling and the back end data analysis for flow cytometers. CyAn ADP, Beckman Coulter's high-performance flow cytometer uses multiple laser excitation sources to analyze biological cells, beads or other microscopic particles. It's state-of-the-art optics utilize high performance digitalization with pulse processing speeds up to 70,000 events per second complementing a high acquisition and analysis capability of up to 100,000 events. Integrating HyperCyt with the CyAn ADP or your flow cytometer will give you the speed you need to accelerate your research.
